Refund Policy
If you received your purchase (paintings and/or prints) and it's damaged then please make sure you take a photo and send that photo to me within 48 hours of receiving your item you can email me at cdhfinearts@gmail.com or fill out the Contact Form here on this website.

I can opt to paint you another original painting as close as possible to replace your damaged one. It will not be exactly the same because of spontaneity and intrinsic value of painting. This will take up to 6 weeks to complete or more, depending on the painting. You will be notified upon completion. Following that, please allow 1-2 business days for handling and 5-7 business days for shipping, which is following the same shipping practice.

Concerning prints, I can replace the damaged print once it is returned to me or you can choose another within the same price point.
In these above cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to me, however I will cover the return back cost to your destination only within the United States.
Please note, I do not offer refunds on any lost or damaged original paintings or prints.
